Redesigning transportation booking with Driverseat. Driverseat is one of the fastest growing franchises in North America. Providing transportation solutions from chartered tours, shuttles, and personal chauffers. During my time as their marketing intern, I took the initiate to help redesign and improve Driverseat's current web structure.

PROBLEM STATEMENT
Driverseat was expanding at an exponential rate. The rapid growth meant more users and a demand for more drivers. Driverseat's old flow and designs were out dated and were not hitting set performance metrics. We wanted to figure out, how to improve and simplify the user journey experience.

Our dashboard and website platforms are not effective at recruiting new users or connecting them with volunteer opportunities.
